Honey G's Designs — Digital Design Terms & License

Thank you for purchasing from Honey G's Designs! These terms explain how purchased digital artwork may and may not be used.

What Your Purchase Allows

Your purchase includes commercial-use permission to use the purchased design on:

• Finished physical products that you create and sell
• Printed transfers that you create and sell

There is no quantity limit on finished physical products or printed transfers made using a properly purchased design.

Digital File Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Share, gift, trade, or redistribute the digital file
• Resell the digital file in its original form
• Upload or distribute the file for others to download
• Modify, alter, edit, rearrange, or otherwise change the artwork
• Use the artwork with print-on-demand (POD) services

Purchase of a design gives you permission to use the artwork under these terms. It does not give you permission to redistribute the digital artwork itself.

Ready-to-Download Designs

Ready-to-Download designs are products already available in the Honey G's Designs catalog.

These designs include the standard commercial-use permissions described above and may be purchased and used by multiple customers.

Team Requests

If you need an existing design created for a different team, school, mascot, or color combination, you may request a Team Request.

Team Requests include the same standard commercial-use permissions described above.

A Team Request is not exclusive. The completed design may later be added to the Honey G's Designs catalog and made available for other customers to purchase.

Custom Exclusives

A Custom Exclusive is created specifically for the purchasing customer based on their requested school, team, colors, mascot, or other agreed-upon details.

Custom Exclusives include the same commercial-use permissions for finished physical products and printed transfers.

The completed Custom Exclusive will not be offered for general resale by Honey G's Designs for a minimum of one year from the original purchase date.

After that one-year period, Honey G's Designs may choose to add the design to the regular catalog.

Third-Party Trademarks & Intellectual Property

Purchasers are responsible for determining whether their intended use of a design, school name, team name, mascot, logo, phrase, or other third-party intellectual property is permitted for the products they create and sell.

Purchasing a digital design from Honey G's Designs does not provide the purchaser with licensing or authorization from any third-party trademark, copyright, school, organization, team, or other rights holder.
